Haiwen & Partners are actively expanding its business by leveraging Hong Kong's unique business environment and legal system. The firm has recently scaled up its Hong Kong office, strategically positioning it as a hub for comprehensive legal services.
Recently, In an exclusive interview conducted by InvestHK, Mr. Wang Qingjian, Managing Partner of Haiwen & Partners LLP, emphasized the pivotal role of the Hong Kong office in serving clients from both jurisdictions. He highlighted Hong Kong's status as an international financial centre, offering a robust legal framework, an open business environment, and a stable Hong Kong dollar exchange rate, which attract foreign investments and enable the provision of diverse services to clients.
Mr. Edward Liu, a Partner specializing in dispute resolution at Haiwen & Partners LLP, also underscored the firm's proactive approach in seizing opportunities arising from the Belt and Road Initiative. The firm provides expert advice on infrastructure, trade, and investment projects, as well as specialized expertise in handling associated commercial disputes.
