Mr. Zheng is admitted to practice in New York State and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in Hong Kong IPOs and other capital markets transactions. He has long acted as issuer’s counsel on Main Board IPOs of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is experienced in clearly presenting issuers’ business models, competitive strengths and growth strategies in prospectus to help the issuers achieve effective market communication and recognition.

其服务行业涵盖生命科学、科技、媒体和电信、金融服务及消费品等多个领域，在多项具有高度市场关注度的IPO项目中担任关键角色，全面参与并主导包括招股书起草、上市规则合规分析、公司治理安排、尽职调查以及与香港联交所和其他监管机构的沟通协调。郑建浩律师曾参与多项标志性香港IPO项目，包括2021年商汤集团上市及2025年港股最大IPO之一紫金黄金国际有限公司的上市。

His practice spans a wide range of industries, including life sciences, technology, media and telecommunications, financial services and consumer products. He has played a key role in many high-profile IPOs, taking the lead in prospectus drafting, Listing Rules compliance analysis, corporate governance arrangements, legal due diligence, and communications with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other regulators. Mr. Zheng has acted on several landmark Hong Kong IPOs, including the listing of SenseTime Group in 2021 and the IPO of Zijin Gold International Company Limited, one of the largest Hong Kong IPOs this year.
