    Xia Tinghui is a Counsel with Haiwen & Partners, Shanghai Office.  Ms. Xia joined Haiwen in 2017.  Ms. Xia’s practice focuses on merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment, and general corporate legal issues.  Xia Tinghui has been assisting in advising foreign clients on a variety of legal issues involving foreign direct investment, commercial contract practice, corporate governance, regulatory compliance as well as other forms of foreign trade and commercial activities in a wide range of industries in China.
