In the meanwhile, echoing the needs following the development of the investment market, our real estate team has worked closely with our capital markets team recently to participate in the design and implementation of a number of pioneering projects with regard to real estate based asset-backed securities, trust collective fund plans and other financial products, including the first batch of domestic infrastructure public offering REITs projects, the first equity REITs project and the first CMBS project.
