Practice Area: Securities offerings, M&A/PE/VC, Bankruptcy & reorganization, Compliance, Intellectual property, Real estate, Entertainment law, Labor law, Dispute resolution, etc.
Internship: 4 months (return offer is available for applicant performed well)
Position requirements:
1. Graduate from a top law school in China or abroad with strong academic credentials;
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-work skills;
3. Proficiency in English is preferred.
