Mr. Fang is a partner, resident in the Shanghai office. Mr. Fang's practice focuses on securities offering, M&A, PE/VC investment. 

Mr. Fang joined Haiwen in January 2017. Mr. Fang was previously working at JSM, Jun He Laws Offices and Allbright Law Offices for more than ten years.

Mr. Fang received his LL.B. degree in 2000 from Tongji University, and his LL.M. degrees in 2005 from East China University of Politics and Law.
