Ms. Fu is a Partner of Haiwen & Partners and the Managing Partner of Chengdu office, who has nearly 20 years of legal experiences. Ms. Fu's practice focuses on capital marketing, merger and acquisition, PE investment, assets management, distressed assets & NPL, restructuring and general corporate matters especially within the real estate development, pharmaceutical and shipping and integrated logistics industrial sectors. 

Ms. Fu joined Haiwen in 2002 and became a partner in 2011. 

In the area of security issuance, Ms. Fu has represented domestic state-owned and private issuers, as well as well-known underwriters, in numerous A-Share IPOs and equity offerings on the HKSE. Representative transactions include the listing of China Tobacco Hong Kong on the HKEx, China Huarong H-share IPO and A-share IPO (suspended), Jinzhou Bank H-share IPO, the Hong Kong backdoor listing of COFCO's commercial hotel asset business, Beijing BBMG restructuring and H-share IPO and subsequently mergers by absorption its affiliated A-share listed companies, China Construction restructuring and A-share IPO, SITC International Holdings Company Limited’s overseas restructuring and red-chip listing, the listing of China Gold International Resources Co., Ltd., on the HKSE Guangzhou Jiesai Technology A-share IPO, Guangzhou R&F Properties H-share IPO, Sunco China restructuring and overseas listing (abandoned), the listing of China Donngxiang on the HKEx, reorganization of Beijing Enterprises Group and Beijing Gas Group, Dawnrays Pharmaceuticals and Lijun Pharmaceuticals overseas listing; two state-owned enterprises in Sichuan A-share IPO on the ChiNext (ongoing), two energy equipment enterprises in Chongqing restructuring and A-share IPO on the ChiNext(ongoing), and a Chengdu biomedical company H-share IPO (ongoing). 

In the area of M&A and PE transactions, Ms. Fu also has extensively represented private equity and large Chinese enterprises, including the  Health Investment Platform of the China Merchants Group, IDG Capital, CITIC PE, SDIC VC, SDIC High-tech, Chengdu High-tech Investment Group and Sichuan New Hope Group, in biomedicine, environmental protection, new energy, catering consumption, TMT, Internet finance, hi-tech and new materials etc., for many investments and listed company acquisition projects. Ms Fu has provided full legal services for China Orient Asset Management, Kaiyuan Urban Real Estate Development Fund, and Jinhui Real Estate group for many real estate investment and financing projects, and provided long-term legal services for China Cinda and its Beijing branch and Hubei branch in connection with distressed assets and debt restructuring and acquisition. 

In the area of general corporate's legal counsel, Ms Fu's representative clients include China Huarong, Beijing Branch of China Cinda, SDIC High-tech, SDIC VC, Huaneng Guicheng Trust, Kaiyuan Urban Real Estate Development Fund, Wangfujing Group, Xidan Retailing, subsidiaries of Credit Ease Group, China Growth Capital,  Chengdu Tianfu Investment Group, etc.

Ms. Fu received her LL.B. degree from Peking University in 1999 and her Master of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science & Law in 2002.

Ms. Fu's native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
