Besides, in the field of corporate legal services, Ms. Li has been providing general legal consulting services on long-term basis for SINOPEC, Tsingtao Beer, G-bits, Hualian Shares, Hualian Hypermarket and other A-share listed companies, as well as several non-listed companies such as Petro-Cyberworks Information Technology Company and Skyverse Limited.

Ms. Li has been ranked as one of the A-List Top 100 Lawyers by China Business Law Journal in 2017 and 2018, and has also been recognized as a Notable Lawyer in Capital Markets by IFLR 1000 from 2018 to 2022. 

Ms. Li obtained her LL.B. degree from the Peking University in 1995.
