Mr. Sun is a partner, resident in the Shenzhen office.  Mr. Sun's practice focuses on merger & acquisition, foreign direct investment, capital market, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Sun joined Haiwen in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.

Mr. Sun received his LL.B. degree and his LL.M. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China in 2004 and 2007, respectively.
