Mr. Wu is a partner of Haiwen & Partners.  Mr. Wu' s practice focuses on capital markets, including restructuring, merger & acquisition of domestic companies, onshore and offshore offering and listing of shares.

Mr. Wu joined Haiwen in 1992 and became a partner in 1996. Mr. Wu was previously working at High People' s Court of Gansu Province from 1983 to 1989.
