Mr. Xu is a partner, resident in the Beijing office.  Mr. Xu's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters.

Mr. Xu joined Haiwen in July 2008.

Mr. Xu received his LLB from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a B.A. in English from the Sichuan International Studies University in 2005.  He subsequently received an LL.M. from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2008. 

Mr. Xu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
