  • Education

    Mr. Xu received his LLB from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a B.A. in English from the Sichuan International Studies University in 2005.  He subsequently received an LL.M. from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2008.

    Mr. Xu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
