Ms. Qian is a counsel, resident in Shanghai office. Ms. Qian's practice focuses on capital market, M&A and private equity investment. 

Ms. Qian joined Haiwen in 2014 and worked as a senior associate in 2020-2021.

representing Hikvision's subsidiary in its A-share IPO (on-going); representing Anker (300866) in its A-share IPO; representing Youon (603776) in its A-share IPO; representing Zhengdan (300641) in its A-share IPO; representing Guanghui Logistics (600603) in its A-share IPO (Backdoor listing); representing CAIP (603535) in its A-share IPO; representing Weiming Environment Protection (603568) in its A-share IPO; representing Changelight (300102) in its private placement; representing China Grand Auto (600297) in its A-share IPO (Backdoor listing) and it’s A-share convertible bonds offering and private placement；representing kidswant in its listing on NEEQ；representing Dongzheng Financing (02718) in its H-share IPO; representing Xinpoint (01571) in its HK IPO; representing Intron-tech (01760) in its HK IPO and etc.

Ms. Qian's recent experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions includes:

representing Bestqi in its Series A financing; representing CICC in its investment in 91 Health (Series C financing); advising China Grand Auto in connection with its tender offer of the HKSE listed company Grand Baoxin Auto Group Limited; representing PAG in its various acquisitions including its acquisitions of Carsone Car Detailing Service Limited and China Auto Leasing Holding Limited; assisting Read Star in its various acquisitions and financing; representing Youon in its financing and etc.

For general corporate matters:

Ms. Qian also represents several Listed companies in its setting up employee stock ownership plan, corporate bond issuance projects (such as medium ticket and short-term financing), and provides advice on general corporate matters for many listed companies.

Ms. Qian received her LLB and LLM from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2011 and 2014.

Ms. Qian is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
