Ms. Zhang is the Partner of Haiwen & Partners. Ms. Zhang mainly works in the field of REITs and ABS, M&A and corporate governance.

Mr Zhang joined Haiwen in 2014.

In the area of REITs, Ms. Zhang’s representative transactions as a project lawyer include CICC GLP REIT and its first expansion, CICC Liandong REIT. Ms. Zhang’s representative transactions as a manager lawyer include CICC Xiamen Anju REIT, CICC Yintai Consumer REIT, CICC Shandong Expressway REIT, CICC Hubei Sci-Tech Investment Optics Valley REIT，and China Fund Mingyang Smart Energy REIT. In the area of ABS, Ms. Zhang’s representative transactions include ABS of Hengtai Haorui Cloud South Hotel, ABS of Citic-Huaxia-Suning Yunxiang, ABS of Bohaihuijin-Citic Capital iD Mall, ABS of Kaiyuan-Yunchengtou Yintai City, ABS of Bohaihuijin-Yunchengtou Yintai City, ABS of Luneng-CICC-Jinan Lingxiucheng, etc.

In the area of M&A transactions, Ms. Zhang’s representative transactions include restructuring of non-performing debt of Pan-Sea Group by China Cinda, share acquisition of COFCO, asset acquisition of China Orient Asset Management (International) Holding Limited, equity restructuring of the subsidiary corporations of Sinopec Group, asset acquisition of Wangfujing Group.

In the area of corporate governance, Ms. Zhang works as the general legal counsel of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., China Petrochemical Corporation, New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zhang is qualified to practice law in China.

Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University in 2012, and received her Master of Laws degree from Tsinghua University in 2014.

Ms. Zhang's native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
