Ms. Chen is a counsel of Beijing office. Ms. Chen specializes in M&A, equity investment and general corporate matters.

Ms. Chen received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Tsinghua University in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and her LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2018 honored as a James Kent Scholar. Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in the PRC and New York.

Ms. Chen’s native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
