In the area of M&A and PE transactions, Ms. Zhan’s relevant experience includes: advising China Ping An on its incorporation of joint ventures in mainland China and Hong Kong with Shionogi (a leading global research-driven pharmaceutical company) and assisting in the joint ventures’ acquisition of several pharmaceutical companies in mainland China; advising an A-share listed company Dehao Runda (002005.SZ) on its sale of lighting assets to KKR; advising Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (002823.SZ) on its share acquisition of SWI SHIE (Hong Kong) Company Limited; advising MSPEA on its sale of 18% shares of Nature Home Holding Company Limited (02083.HK) to Dehua Tubaobao (002043. SZ); advising Mentor Media Limited in its share acquisition of Asiapack Limited; advising strategic and financial investors on their private equity investments, including China Ping An, CICC, MSPEA, Tencent, Hillhouse Capital, Temasek, BAI, etc.
Mrs. Zhan received her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing in 2014.
Mrs. Zhan’s native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
