Mr. Li is a Partner based in the Beijing office of Haiwen & Partners.  Mr. Li's practice focuses on capital markets, M&A, private equity investments and general corporate.  Mr. Li joined Haiwen in 2015.

In the area of capital markets transactions, Mr. Li's representative transactions includes:

● the A shares IPO of BYD Semiconductor Co., Ltd.;

● the A shares IPO of Yusys Technologies;

● the A shares IPO of G-bits;

● the A shares IPO of Qing Cloud Technologies;

● the A shares IPO and H shares IPO of Neusoft Medical;

● the A shares IPO of Urban Construction Design (UCD);

● the H shares IPO of China Huarong.

In the area of M&A transactions, Mr. Li's representative experience includes advising:

● Sinopec in its sales sector’s restructuring and introducing 25 external investors to carry out a mixed-ownership reform;

● Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. in its major asset restructuring;

● Sinopec in its sale of oil and gas pipeline network related assets to Pipe China;

● Vanke in its acquisition of Shenzhen Metro;

● Wangfujing Group in its acquisition of a shopping mall in Erdos.

Mr. Li has also advised a number of companies, including Sinopec,  Tsingtao  Brewery,  G-bits,  Pang  Da  Automobile,  Hualian  Group, Harbin Electric, UCD, Central Huijin ,Hillhouse Capital and Huaneng Guicheng Trust in connection with matters of PRC laws.

Mr. Li received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University and his Master of Law degree from Peking University.

Mr. Li's native language is Mandarin and he is fluent in English.
