Hillhouse in its various investments in China, including several onshore and offshore PE investments of Hillhouse in various investment areas including Healthcare, Business Service and Consumer, etc.;
Baidu in its various investments in China, including several onshore and offshore PE investments of Baidu, the types of the projects include strategic equity participation investment, acquisition, establishment of joint ventures, stripping of non-core business, etc.;
Henry Schein, Inc., a US public company, in connection with its acquisition of a dental device business in China and the relating establishment of a joint venture;
Alibaba, Ant Group, Primavera Capital, DCH, Meituan and several other investors, in their various investments in several target companies including supply chain company, football club, elevator advertisement company, printed circuit board company, salmon production company, SaaS company, etc..
Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
Ms. Li's native language is Chinese and she is fluent in English.
