Ms. Li is a counsel of Haiwen & Partners and joined the Beijing office of Haiwen & Partners in 2016. Ms. Li specializes in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities offering and general corporate matters.

In the area of M&A transactions, Ms Li has participated in representative projects including: Assisted Sinopec in injecting about 130 billion yuan of oil and gas pipeline assets into the PipeChina and took a 14% stake in it; assisted Hillhouse Group invested in a New Third Board listed company; assisted Huadian Power introduces investment institutions to implement market-based debt to equity with its wind electronics subsidiaries; assisted Elec-Tech International sells controlling stakes in two subsidiaries to KKR; assisted Gaojihealth acquires a number of retail pharmacies; assisted Harbin Electric and GE set up turbine manufacturing joint venture; assisted B&Q Introduces IDG in capital increase; assisted Central Huijin, sold the domestic shares held by CICC; assisted Harbin Electric Corporation acquires H Shares of Harbin Electric by Tender Offer and Merger by Absorption(H share privatization) ; assisted shareholding restructuring of Sinopecsales; assisted Wangfujing acquires entire stake of  Belmont Hong Kong Limited and Kai Yuan Shopping Mall; assisted Isstech Ltd. attracts investment, and etc.

In the area of Capital Markets transactions, Ms Li has participated in representative projects including: Assisted in the A share IPO and SSE listing of China Telecom and Gigabit; assisted the underwriters in completing the H share IPO and HKEX listing of Topsports; assisted the underwriter in completing the listing on the New Third Board of Mabworks Biotech; assisted Sinopec offering A shares to selected parties in 2024; assisted Tsingtao Brewery develops and implements the 2020 A share restricted stock incentive plan; assisted Lingbao Gold additional offering Domestic Shares in 2018 and  Harbin Electric additional offering Domestic Shares in 2017; assisted Wangfujing private offering of A shares in 2016, and etc. In the area of bond issuance project，Ms Li has participated in representative projects including: Assisted Beijing Hualian Department Store public offering of 2018 Corporate Bonds for qualified Investors; assisted Central Huijin, Cofco Group, Beijing Hualian Department Store, Sinopec Group, Sinopec, Shanghai Pechem and other companies to issue debt financing instruments corporate bonds for many times, and etc.

Since 2016, Ms. Li has been providing consulting service to many companies, including Sinopec (A+H), Sinopec SSC(A+H), Shanghai Pechem (A+H), Tsingtao Brewery (A+H), Hualian Department Store(A), Taishan Petroleum (A), XD Electric(A)、Harbin Electric(H), Central Huijin, and provides post-investment management services for investment organizations such as Hillhouse Group and HngTrust.

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree and LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2013 and 2016 respectively. Ms. Li is licensed to practice law in China.

Ms. Li's native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
