    Ms. Zhang advises investors and corporations on equity investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures across sectors including TMT, renewable energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer industries.  She leads clients through deal execution, post-investment management, and exit strategies, facilitating negotiations with domestic and international partners or portfolio companies.  Key engagements include:

    ●  Advised Morgan Stanley RMB Fund on investments and exits in consumer, manufacturing, internet, healthcare, and education sectors.

    ●  Supported Morgan Stanley USD Fund in investing in VSPO (an esports event organizer).

    ●  Assisted Borun Capital in its investment in a biopharmaceutical company.

    ●  Advised Ant Group on its investment in a display chip manufacturer.

    ●  Represented Oriza Industrial Machinery Fund in investments in manufacturing enterprises.

    ●  Provided post-investment management support to CICC USD Fund for portfolio companies.

    ●  Advised Alibaba on its investment in a gaming company.

    ●  Assisted Jiangxi Copper (SH. 600362) in acquiring control of Hengbang Shares.

    ●  Facilitated Linde’s full acquisition of a specialty gas company.

    ●  Advised CNNC Puyuan on its acquisition of an instrumentation manufacturer.

    ●  Assisted Wuxi Guolian Capital’s private fund in investments in two biopharmaceutical firms.

    ●  Advised Ctrip on its investment in Zhejiang Sunlight Tourism Development Co., Ltd.

    ●  Advised Yunhui Capital on investments in a drone manufacturer, a SaaS software provider, and a visual technology company.

    ●  Assisted HIT Robot (listed) in acquiring a lithium carbonate producer.

    ●  Advised Ant Group on its investment in an agri-tech internet company.

    Ms. Zhang has advised on bond issuances, IPOs, and refinancing transactions, including:

    ●  Acted as underwriter counsel for Zhongtian Technology’s 2019 convertible corporate bonds issuance.

    ●  Participated in the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) listing of a medical technology company.

    ●  Assisted in the STAR Market IPO of a silicon materials manufacturer.

    ●  Advised China Merchants Port on its 2018 and 2019 ultra-short-term financing note issuances.

    ●  Supported Agricultural Bank of China (Dubai, Hong Kong, and Macau branches) in overseas USD bond issuances.

    Ms. Zhang obtained a Bachelor of Law from Zhejiang University in 2016, and a Master of Law from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017.
