海问律师事务所香港办公室合伙人邹兆麟律师获选为香港公司治理公会（The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, HKCGI）会长，任期自2026年1月1日开始。

Mr. Tom Chau, Partner of our Hong Kong office, has been elected President of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). His term will commence on January 1, 2026. 

邹律师为香港公司治理公会及特许公司治理公会（Chartered Governance Institute,CGI）的资深会士，于2021-2023年获选担任香港公司治理公会理事，并在2024 及2025 年度担任治理公会副会长。

Tom is a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI). He was elected as a Council Member of HKCGI for the 2021–2023 term and served as Vice President of the Institute in 2024 and 2025.
