Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd. (“Tong Ren Tang Healthcare”) successfully completed its Listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 2667.HK) on 7 July 2026.

Tong Ren Tang Healthcare is a subsidiary of China Beijing Tong Ren Tang Group Co., Ltd. (“Tong Ren Tang”) which strategically focuses on traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services in China, delivering comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services to individual customers, standardized management services to business customers, and a wide selection of healthcare products and other products. Tong Ren Tang Healthcare is the largest traditional Chinese medicine hospital group in the non-public traditional Chinese medicine hospital healthcare service industry in China in 2025 in terms of the total number of out-patient and in-patient visits, with a market share of 1.5%.
