Topsports International Holdings Limited ("Topsports International") has been listed on the Main Board of the HKEx on October 10, 2019 with the stock code of 6110 (the "Global Offering"). Under this Global Offering, Topsports International has issued 930,184,000 Shares at the price of HK$ 8.5per Share and raised over HK$7.9 billion.
Merrill Lynch Far East Limited and Morgan Stanley Asia Limited have acted as the Joint Sponsors of the Global Offering, and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited, Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited have acted as the joint representatives of the underwriters. Haiwen has acted as the PRC legal advisor of the Joint Sponsors and underwriters, providing the professional legal services for the Global Offering.
