On April 23, 2021 (US Eastern Time), Futu Holdings Limited (“Futu Holdings”, stock code: FUTU) completed the follow-on offering of the American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Futu Holdings offered 10,925,000 ADSs (including 1,425,000 additional ADSs through the exercise of the option in full by the joint underwriters) at the offering price of US$130 per ADS and raised approximately US$1,420 million in gross proceeds (“Offering”).
