Haiwen & Partners has secured a favorable award for an European shipowner in a Hong Kong maritime arbitration arising out of a charterparty dispute concerning outstanding hire and bunker shortfall.
在 2026年8月18日作出的最终裁决中,仲裁庭全面支持船东的全部主张,并裁定对方承担申请人的法律费用,以及仲裁费用和开支。
In a final award dated 18 August 2026, the tribunal upheld the shipowner’s claims in full and awarded the claimant its costs, together with reimbursement of arbitral fees and expenses.
