海问律师事务所近日在一宗香港海事仲裁中，成功代表一个欧洲船东取得有利裁决。该案源于一项租船合同争议，涉及欠付租金及燃油差额索赔。

Haiwen & Partners has secured a favorable award for an European shipowner in a Hong Kong maritime arbitration arising out of a charterparty dispute concerning outstanding hire and bunker shortfall.

在 2026年8月18日作出的最终裁决中，仲裁庭全面支持船东的全部主张，并裁定对方承担申请人的法律费用，以及仲裁费用和开支。

In a final award dated 18 August 2026, the tribunal upheld the shipowner’s claims in full and awarded the claimant its costs, together with reimbursement of arbitral fees and expenses.
