OneConnect is a leading technology-as-a-service provider for financial institutions in China, which provides cloud-native financial technology solutions that integrate financial services expertise with market-leading technology. OneConnect’s solutions provide technology applications and technology-enabled business services to financial institutions, and cover multiple verticals in the financial services industry, including banking, insurance and asset management. OneConnect was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (stock code: OCFT) on December 13, 2019 (US Eastern Time).
Haiwen & Partners, as the PRC legal advisor of OneConnect, provided legal services to OneConnect’s A round financing and listing of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) on the New York Stock Exchange, and provided professional legal advice and effective solutions to OneConnect with respect of PRC legal law in the Listing as well.
