海问协助中金资本运营有限公司（“中金资本”）旗下苏州中金上汽新兴产业股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（“中金上汽基金”）完成对上海鸭嘴兽网络科技有限公司（“鸭嘴兽”）的投资。鸭嘴兽本次C轮融资总额约3.3亿元人民币，由中金资本旗下中金上汽基金领投，Achiever Ventures III (Hong Kong) Limited、FC Discovery Investments (Hong Kong) Limited、宁波复祺创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）跟投。鸭嘴兽成立于2017年，2021年完成运输超过100万TEU，突破行业历史，为智能数字化集装箱公路运输细分行业的领先企业。

海问在本项目中担任中金资本旗下中金上汽基金的法律顾问，提供了法律尽职调查、投资方案论证、交易文件起草及交易谈判等全方位法律服务。本项目海问团队的负责合伙人为胡基律师，主要成员包括顾雨清、杨晶晶、李弘毅、任家谊等。感谢张天惊律师参与本项目。
