如上一篇文章海问·观察︱“解放日”关税何去何从提及，特朗普政府已对美国国际贸易法院的裁决提出上诉。

上诉法院，即美国联邦巡回上诉法院，于2025年5月29日发布了一项命令，暂时暂停执行国际贸易法院的裁决。

具体而言，上诉法院批准了立即执行的行政“暂停（Stay）”,以至于在本法院考虑动议文件期间，国际贸易法院在这些案件中做出的判决和永久禁令将被暂时停顿，直至进一步通知。
