Mr. Wang is a senior associate, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Wang's practice focuses on real-estate, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Mr. Wang joined Haiwen in July 2008. 

Mr. Wang recent experience includes advising: 

COFCO Corporation in connection with its injection of commercial and hotel properties to The Hong Kong Parkview Group Limited, a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited in connection with its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 

China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. in connection with its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 

Samsonite International S.A. in connection with its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; 

Beijing Xidan Department Store Co., Ltd. in connection with its material asset reorganization; 

Beijing Hualian Group in connection with its non-public issuance of stocks on the A-Share market; 

China Jianyin Investment in connection with its investment in an automotive parts manufacturer and in an energy-saving equipment manufacturer; 

Bain Capital in connection with its acquisition of Asimco; 

Kaiyuan (Xi’an) Urban Real Estate Development Fund in connection with its investment and development in real-estate area; 

New China Life Insurance in connection with its series of investment of insurance funds in real properties and equity; 

Sinopec in connection with its construction and purchasing of headquarters buildings; 

Jiangxi Copper Corporation’s subsidiary in connection with its purchasing of office building located in Beijing;

Mr. Wang received his LL.B. degree and his Master of Laws degree from the Nankai University based in Tianjin, China in 2006 and 2008, respectively. 

Mr. Wang's native language is Chinese and he is fluent in English.
