(a NASDAQ-listed company); Representing EtownCapital in investing in a NASDAQ-listed company ; Advising on the wine assets and real estate assets restructuring of COFCO Group; Representing Orange Sky Golden Harvest in its acquisition of several cinemas; Representing Wumart in its acquisition of several supermarkets; Representing Jiahua Holdings in its acquisition and sale of several 4S stores , and etc.
In the area of Real Estate Investment Trusts and ABS, Ms. Qin has participated in representative projects including: REITs of Hengtai Securities- Caiyunzhinan Hotel project, REITs of CITIC-Suning Yunxiang logistics property project, REITs of CITIC -Country Garden project, CMBS of Hengtai Securities-Beijing Yintai Center project and CMBS of Shanxi Securities- Chengdu Longquan Industrial Park Project, and etc.
In the area of General Corporate matters, Ms. Qin has been providing general consulting service to NewChinaLife since 2014, China Insurance since 2017 and TianAnLife since 2020.
Ms. Qin received her LLM degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2013 and Bachelor in Laws from Renmin University of China in 2012.
Ms. Qin's native language is Mandarin, and she speaks English fluently.
