On May 10, 2021, Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“Fuyao Glass”, Stock code: 600660.SH, 03606.HK) has issued and completed the placing of new H Shares (the “Placing”). An aggregate of 101,126,000 new H Shares have been allotted and issued to no less than six independent Placees at the placing price of HK$42.90 per placing share, and the aggregate net proceeds from the Placing are approximately HK$4,312.46 million after deducting the relevant costs and expenses.
