Ms. Yang joined Haiwen in 2019. Prior to Haiwen, she practiced at Llinks Law Offices.
Ms. Yang’s recent experiences include:
● Advising on multiple cross-border oil & gas and renewable energy projects, including cross-border investments and local operational matters;
● Assisting CICC Capital and SAIC Motor in establishing emerging industry investment fund;
● Assisting Goldstone Investment in establishing Goldstone Pengheng Fund for XCMG Group's mixed-ownership reform;
● Providing legal services to QFII institutions including Bain Capital and Raiffeisen Bank & Asset Management for qualification applications and investment compliance;
● Assisting Goldman Sachs Securities in applying for fund distribution business license;
● Assisting UBS, BNP Paribas, Mirae Asset, Manulife, JPMorgan, Fidelity, Schroders, BlackRock and other institutions in completing private fund manager registrations;
● Assisting Schroders, Cephei Capital, UBP and other institutions in establishing various private securities investment funds.

Ms. Yang received her bachelor's degree in law and master's degree in law from Nanjing University.
Ms. Yang is a native Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
